Have you prayed about it?

Accepting Islam is easy

Accepting Islam is easy. All you have to do is repeat the shahada, or a declaration of faith..

However, our goal is to not just help you accept Islam, but more importantly, implement a lifelong change within yourself to live a more prosperous life.

We all make and break promises, we all struggle. We’re all motivated one day, and not the next.

To instill lifelong motivation and commitment, Divine support is necessary.

Have you prayed to God about accepting Islam?

We believe that this is the religion of God and that if there is a genuine soul in search of Him, He will reveal Himself.

The Holy Quran states:

‘And when My servants ask thee about Me, say: “I am near. I answer the prayer of the supplicant when he prays to Me. So they should hearken to Me and believe in Me, that they may follow the right way.” 2:187

So pray unto Allah. Believe in Allah. Allah will guide you to the right path.

Finding God is a lifelong journey.

But beginning to pray is a fundamental component of starting that journey.

Once you begin praying for a sign from God, it means you are ready to begin your journey towards Islam. The religion of Islam will help fine-tune your prayer and teach you the blueprint” to get closer to God.

What is the best way to pray?

There are different levels of prayer, but fundamentally prayer must be heartfelt and a genuine call to our Master.

Every word that you utter should be said as if God is listening to everything that you say.

The epitome of prayer comes in the form of Salaat, which is offered five times a day, at its appointed times throughout the day.

While praying, you should think that you are standing before God, and if that’s difficult, at the least, understand that God is watching over you.

As you continue to grow in your journey to become a Muslim, your prayers will continue to become more potent.

What is a sign from God?

Sign from God is one that touches the heart. Often after sincere prayers, you will feel that God has changed the state of your heart, perhaps put it at ease and contentment. You will feel that God is guiding you towards the right path. Remember a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Once your heart feels at ease, it is time to embrace Islam and use this decision as a stepping stone to further cultivate your relationship with the Supreme Being.
